Last weekend, I was reviewing some old videos of me running. These were taken on my first couple of months of running.
When my daughter saw them, she commented ...
"You look like you're walking and your feet are painful."
and ...
"It's also like, I'm going to bounce ... nope ... bounce ... nope ... bounce ... nope ... almost, but no ..."
I've lost around 30 lbs since that video was taken - more than a year ago. I hope that now, I have more "bounce" to my form and am less painful to watch.
